The fastest way to get help is to get into
your WVSU school email account and send an
email to Instructional Technology at:
davidb@wvstateu.edu
Include your A# and birthdate.
Almost all e-mails from WVSU accounts are
answered within 24 hours, with most of them
answered on the same day -- including evenings,
weekends, and holidays.
If you can't log on to your WVSU email account,
you may send message from your other email if
you include the above information AND:
JUST the last 4 digits of your SSN and a phone
number where you can be reached.
Allow 2 to 4 working days for a response to a
request from a non-WVSU email account.
